The Marketing, Sale, and Alignment processes are concerned with creating contact between the actors that have a need for transport or services and those who can offer transport and services that fulfil the demand; and the sale of the transport or service. The phase consists of:
- the publishing of needs or offered services,
- establishing contact between the parties,
- agreeing on the terms of the service and
- Sales of the service.
