A person who is responsible for all of the logistical aspects of transporting materials or parcels, including scheduling, packing, routing,documentation, tracking, customs clearance, compliance, client communications, and negotiating on behalf of clients for the best terms and pricing.
Compared to e.g. ocean carriers, airlines only work with certified IATA cargo agents.
